DIGI Broadband

DIGI Broadband has a damn good Customer Service, Really, a 10 for best effort..but..

My very sincere thanks to them all with special mention to the person who initiatively continue to follow up. I had a very frank discussion with her again today, 28 October @ about 10.30am.

She is very patient and understanding and she intently listens, which is an admirable attribute. Thank you again.

DIGI, by their Customer Service, has restored my faith in front line services.
