Dear Madams/Sirs,

Firstly, I wish to thank you for not being a part of the Brain Drain that I as a Malaysian do have a sincere concern.

Now to the matter at hand.

You have made such a compelling plea that saw The Malaysian Insider fit to publish and that I, as a simple lowly educated Malaysian, tremble to criticise.

Of course being such concerned highly educated and fittingly called academicians, I am sure you have all fulfilled your obligations and rights to have voted in all or most of our past general elections.

This has put your good selves in good stead for prayers in the plea.

Please forgive me if I state here and now how really stupid you are, despite having a few weeks to compose but end up contriving, nothing more than hearsay and coffee talk shop, packaged with all your academic titles to give an appearance of credibility, in making said plea.

Me the undersigned, for the first part of this letter to your good selves, provide ample proof (as you should have done) with this quote,
"Permit Bersih the right to a peaceful march if the organisers decide to do so. All other public marches should be allowed but with the timing and routes agreed to in advance to prevent any untoward consequences."
justifying the me lowly educated, while only suspecting connivance can confidently and with absolute certainty call you, stupid.

These are people who are happy in the ivory towers with little real contemplation for us mere mortals.

To them, sacrifices to accommodate what their theories demand is acceptable. If that means as how the Malays phrase it, "Menang sorak, kampung tergadai." then so be it.
