The Malaysia Insider- What a Load of Rubbish

The Malaysian Insider carries or rather foot it's columns with this disclaimer
* This is the personal opinion of the writer or publication. The Malaysian Insider does not endorse the view unless specified

And when it doesn't, it means TMI is expressing it's position on an issue, by it's editorial.

Yesterday, "What a load of rubbish — The Malaysian Insider" is absolutely apt - to describe it's entire content.

At the very first line TMI gives a self appraisal and condemns the entire column to the rubbish dump.
"It does seem like honesty is a rare commodity in Malaysia"
Yes, I can vouch for The Malaysia Insider's honesty and integrity here or here.

This is honesty?
"Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Khalid Abu Bakar is rewriting history."

I post the Deputy IGP's quotes from TMI's own report.
"we are able to avoid these scary and tragic scenes from erupting here in our beloved country"
"These are the nightmares that we are fighting hard to avoid and prevent Street protest should always be avoided as we will never know what it can turn into"
"peace loving Malaysians will understand rights to assemble must always be balanced with Public Order"

And with that the Deputy IGP has "rewritten" history?

How correct,"It does seem like honesty is a rare commodity in Malaysia", at TMI.

I'd rather the TMI had titled that piece "In Defence of BULLSHIT BERSIH".
